Rebecca listened as Kira spoke while holding her arms close to her body. Her body shook like a leaf on a tree. She hated this new sensation. The thoughts in her mind terrified her. Her mind raced about the Werewolves and Vampires and the interactions that the party had with the two groups. “Why do we care about the Werewolves” she asked coldly then added. “After all, it’s not like we need to be scared of them. They need us more than we need them.” Her face darkened in that way that signals arrival of evil. “They should be bowing before us…….” Rebecca added coldly. It was clear that she was going to say more but she forced herself to fall silent.

Then before Kira could speak Rebecca continued, “Richard is wrong about the Vampires. They don’t have any uses other than for kindling. In fact, Simon had it right. KILL ALL OF THEM!”’ Rebecca’s hand shot up to her mouth as if to stop the thought before it could leave her lips. But it was too late, she had utter the words. She shook her head hard as she held her hand over her own month. After a long moment and only when she thought she could control the voices in her mind, Rebecca spoke up. “I am sorry Kira. I don’t mean that.” Rebecca paused as her arms coiled around her torso once more, “I think I pressed too far this time with my exploration of Paradoxes.”
