Simon's Peaceful Moments
It was a lovely morning. Simon honestly didn't really track the days, as it seemed there was always something to do here and there. There was a bloody bit of frustration from the Cabal in that, as they always seemed in a rush. For Mages, they were awfully impatient in the planning stages. Climbing to his feet after a long and appraising moment of reflection underneath the bright ball of sun, the man turned to his friend and confidant. Solaire was standing rather solemnly nearby, though Simon knew it was more or less a ruse for those who didn't know him. He was a friendly Spirit, loyal and fierce. Simon liked to spend time away from his Cabal with his friend, as it was important to nuture relationships by giving time and attention.
Simon Inquired after Solaires goings to and fro in the local area. It seemed as if he had been making a few friends with the Spirits around, including the Lady of the Lake. Water and Metal tended to be friends more than enemies after all, as Metal helped water move to places it normally wouldn't go, and soothed it after forging. Rust was the worst, but that mostly happened due to Oxidation. Ah, thoughts were wandering again, Simon internally chastised himself. His friends needed him focused these days, careless thoughts had let him to danger. Solaire and Simon headed to the Lake, standing by it and basking in the new Sun. His Sights and Speech came up reflexively. There before him was the Lady, to which he greeted and offered her a treat. A bottle of Water that he himself had created. Wondering if she'd enjoy it or not, the water was offered with a Bow of Respect.
